In 2022 the church council and some members of the church staff retreated in the Peel House to develop a three year strategic plan. This plan was developed based on survey results and listening posts with the congregation. The Strategic Plan was presented to the congregation in October of 2022.
In 2018 the church council and some members of church staff retreated to the mountains to pray and discern a five-year strategic plan. They identified six stakeholders and established a short-term and long-term goal for each.
