2025 Ministry Gatherings

If you weren’t able to attend one of this year’s Fall Stewardship Ministry Gatherings, we’ve made all the key materials available for you to review at your convenience. These gatherings were a wonderful opportunity to celebrate God’s generosity, look ahead to the coming year, and learn more about the plans for ministry and mission in 2026. You can now view the files below from the meeting.

We invite you to take some time to explore these resources and stay connected to the work God is doing through our congregation. Your continued prayers, participation, and generosity help us live out our call to “Sow Generous,” trusting in God’s abundant provision.

annual meeting

Our annual congregational meeting will take place on Sunday, October 19, immediately following each worship service. During the meeting, members will vote on the 2026 budget, council nominees, and the plan to move forward with Phase One of the renovation project.

Discussion and detailed conversation about the budget, council nominees, and renovation plans took place during the recent Ministry Gatherings, allowing Sunday’s voting to move efficiently. The full 2026 budget brochure was mailed to all voting members and is available here.

For those unable to attend in person, an online option will be available. The Zoom session will run concurrently with the final portion of the meeting, beginning around 12:00 p.m. on October 19, 2025.

Our new strategic plan emphasizes building community among different age groups, honoring our elders, teaching our children and youth how to worship God and being more intentional about our relationships with ministry partners.
